Mail-in Reservations

If you wish to use our mail-in reservation form please print out one of the two reservation forms described below, fill it out and mail it with the appropriate deposit(s) to the WINGS office at the address noted at the end of the form.

Option 1 (preferred):

PDF file. This requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer (most computers purchased in the past few years do) and wish to install it, go to Adobe’s site to download it.

Option 2:

HTML file (If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed)

Once the registration form has been printed, close the form to return to the WINGS website.
